We work with several of the most well respected shipping companies in the United States. We have worked out arrangements with these carriers that specialize in LTL (less than truckload) shipments. At the current time we are able to service approximately 99% of the United States. This enables us to implement stringent distribution and logistics controls. Since we work so closely with our dedicated shipping partners, we are able to fine-tune a very complicated process of packaging and shipping. Moreover, ArtificialTurfSupply.com has tremendous clout and buying power because of our huge volume with these carriers, this enables us to pass on the savings to you.

Residential & commercial deliveries.

This unique and distinct advantage means your Artificial Turf Grass can be delivered directly to your job site. Since we work closely with our carriers, we are able to perfect the residential/commercial delivery process. Residential/Commercial deliveries are curbside; you must have someone at the delivery location to help unload your shipment. Also, it is important to always inspect your order for its integrity upon receipt and prior to signing for the delivery in good standing. Once orders are signed for with a clean and clear proof of delivery, in good standing, it is no longer the responsibility of shipping company, therefore, all claims for damaged products or products with concealed damage will be declined by the shipping company and ATS. All our quotes with shipping can include residential or commercial delivery. For further discounted shipping local terminal pickup can be arranged.

Note: Because residential delivery can get expensive, ArtificialTurfSupply.com recommends that our customers pick up their orders at the nearest shipping terminal. This is the most efficient and least expensive way to get your artificial turf grass.

Store and Return Policies

Please note all products are available in 15' widths unless noted or special ordered. ArtificialTurfSupply.com can cut rolls to desired length but the width will still remain 15' wide. A cut fee will be added to the order. For these requests please call (877) 525-TURF(8873) to process the order.

Remnant sales are final, "as is" with no returns or exchanges for any reason.

Unopened and uninstalled product can be returned in its original packaging within 2 days of delivery with buyer responsible for the return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must notify ArtificialTurfSupply.com within 2 days of receipt of product to obtain a Return Authorization.

Custom artificial turf orders and specific project artificial turf orders will require BUYER to make a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in the sum of up to 50% of the invoiced amount. The BALANCE DUE SUM will be due upon manufacturing completion of the artificial turf order and prior to shipment. Artificial Turf Supply, LLC will notify BUYER in writing via email of manufacturing completion of order and request the BALANCE DUE SUM to be paid in full within 7 calendar days. If BALANCE DUE SUM is not paid in full thirty (30) calendar days from the date Artificial Turf Supply, LLC notifies the customer in writing of the manufacturing completion of order, DUE DATE, BUYER agrees to be charged a warehousing fee of $5.00 per day per roll or partial roll of artificial turf. Warehousing fees will begin accruing on the 7th calendar day after the notification date. Furthermore, BUYER understands, acknowledges and agrees that if he/she fails to pay the BALANCE DUE SUM by the DUE DATE, said NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be forfeited by BUYER and the artificial turf order will be resold to a third party by Artificial Turf Supply, LLC without repayment of any kind to BUYER.

All product specifications are standard and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and material availability. I.e. tuft gauge, die lot color, etc.

All pictures of turf products are representative of the look and color of the turf and may not be actual.

ArtificialTurfSupply.com may issue a credit or replace any damaged products that falls within the scope of the ArtificialTurfSupply.com standard warranty. Buyer agrees that ArtificialTurfSupply.com's liability is limited only to the portion of the product that is deemed damaged by ArtificialTurfSupply.com.

Claims for product damage due to shipping will be processed with the freight company and will be replaced as quickly as possible pending the shipping companies' settlement of the claim. Buyer must report shipping damage immediately to ArtificialTurfSupply.com and buyer must not sign for receipt of the products. If products are received by the buyer damaged and the buyer has signed for the product, ArtificialTurfSupply.com can file for a concealed damage claim with the shipping carrier for approximately 1/3 of the value. It is important NOT to sign for damaged product in order to receive 100% of your product value. Damages on packaging material or product backing that do not affect synthetic grass product performance or grass appearance shall not be accepted.

In no event shall ArtificialTurfSupply.com be liable, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence) or under any other legal theory (including strict liability), for the loss of goodwill, profits or revenues, personal injury, loss of use or similar economic loss, or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or similar damages arising out of or in connection with the use, defect, condition, possession, performance, maintenance, non-delivery or late delivery of the products. In no event shall ArtificialTurfSupply.com's aggregate liability exceed the sum of the amounts actually paid by Buyer to ArtificialTurfSupply.com. Seller also disclaims any implied warranties in fact or by law or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied conditions or warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any claims by Buyer for defects or nonconformance must be reported to ArtificialTurfSupply.com in writing along with pictures and written explanation within 2 days of the first original delivery attempt. Buyer agrees to settle any dispute or claims directly with ArtificialTurfSupply.com in strict accordance with the terms and conditions listed above from ArtificialTurfSupply.com.
