"Great product. Installed the LXR-73 back in 2006 and still looks great. No mowing, fertilizing, watering, caring, etc. Installed myself but sub-contracted all the steps (real grass removal, laying and compacting gravel, professional curbing). I did the turf install and finishing touches. The turf area is 11'(Wide) X 43'(Long) and fanes out to 26' (Wide). Care: blow leaves in winter, spray it with water during the summer a few times as we get dust storms in Arizona, and occasional brushing to purk up the blades. That's it. After 5+ yrs, there's no discolorations or noticeable ware and tear but then I don't have a dog."
