COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

Looking back on the last year, we feel extremely grateful to our customers and employees. We would have never anticipated the challenges of the year – and with your faith & support, we have met these head-on. With guidance from Federal, State & Local authorities we have been able to continue to provide our services in a safe manner during the pandemic. Here’s a quick overview of how we do what we do, while still prioritizing Health & Safety.

• Our offices, factories and distribution centers have implemented best practices in hygiene as directed by the CDC
• A majority of staff members continue to work remotely from home, while still delivering high levels of customer care
• We perform daily on-site health checks, wash hands, sanitize surfaces frequently, and wear masks and/or social distance while working in the office

In light of the continual changes in State and Federal regulation, fluctuating COVID-19 case numbers, and our desire for safe practices throughout our organization, ATS has continued to learn and grow these last few months.

Company-wide, we implemented safe working habits such as expanding our telecommuting capabilities, on-site health checks, wearing masks/social distancing in the office, and increased sanitation practices. Our logistics and operations side of the business have adjusted to the new normal we are facing.

As we move through summer, our team wants to make sure you are always “up to speed” regarding Covid-19 and our operations. The entire ATS team is working safely and diligently to ensure all orders are processed and on their way to you as timely as possible. Our third-party shipping companies are getting used to their new normal and are moving shipments more efficiently as the weeks progress.
We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has stood by us during these challenging times, as well as, everyone who has been patient regarding the carriers and deliveries. As always, our team is here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

As our nation and communities continue to adapt to our constantly changing “new normal”, we know many customers have questions as it relates to their artificial turf project.

Here at ATS we are getting settled back into our “new normal” while communities, municipalities and businesses slowly begin to open back up as well. We continue to keep proper procedures in place to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. We are here to help, whatever you may need during these trying times.

As has been the case for the past few weeks, many 3rd party shipping carriers are experiencing delays and/or longer transit times due to demand and capacity limitations. Although, we have started to see an improvement, we would like to remind our customers to be patient during these uncertain times.

We hope you and your families continue to be well and stay healthy amidst our “new normal”. Our ATS family continues to remain strong and will be here to help with all your artificial turf needs.

It is important to note that many 3rd party carriers are still experiencing delays. All shipments have been moving a bit slower than usual due to high demand and capacity limitations during these rapidly changing and challenging times. We ask for your patience and understanding as the shipping companies continue to do the best they can.

For existing customers who have placed an order in the last few weeks, please be sure to keep an eye on your shipping status using the tracking tools available online, provided by the 3rd party carriers, to help monitor and track your order. Additionally, the ATS staff is here to help as well, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you are having issues receiving your order.

As an essential business, we remain open to support your project needs. We understand how reliability and great customer service are critical during these challenging times. Our goal is to keep you informed and “up-to speed” with any changes, big or small, at Artificial Turf Supply.

Due to an increased demand for artificial turf we must implement a cut off time for all Friday orders. All orders placed and processed with an Artificial Turf Supply team member by noon (local time) on the preceding Thursday will be ready and available Friday. This will allow our team to have your order pulled, cut and ready for pick up. Any order received after noon (local time) on Thursday will be ready on Monday. If you have an urgent order or special circumstance, please make sure to let us know and our staff will do the best we can to meet your needs. All our distribution warehouses will continue to operate Monday-Friday as usual.

Many 3rd party carriers are making changes to adapt to the “new normal” in our country and as a result, it is possible to see increased transit times of shipped orders. Please use all tracking tools available online, provided by the 3rd party carriers, to help monitor and track your order. As a reminder, we recommend making an appointment for both receiving your shipped order and for pick up orders at our distribution warehouses. This will help maintain efficiency and enable our team to provide excellent service. Additionally, we will continue to work very closely with our logistics partners and 3rd party carriers to ensure we can maintain high quality, reliable service.

As we continue to monitor updates from the CDC regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to inform you of the steps we are taking as a business, so we can continue to provide support and services to our customers during this uncertain time.

Observing CDC Best Practices:

Our offices, factories and distribution centers are implementing hygiene best practices as directed by the CDC. Frequent handwashing, the use of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, as well as ‘social distancing’ are currently being practiced by all employees.

Remote Work Capability:

As of March 18th, we have implemented secure, remote access to our systems for all our office employees, enabling our office staff to work remotely from home. Our operations, order fulfillment and production will continue to run without interruption while our office employees can shelter in place and provide high levels of care to our customers.

Business Travel:

To further limit the possibility of exposure to the COVID-19 virus, Artificial Turf Supply has halted all employee business-related travel until further notice.

In Conclusion:

By implementing the above-mentioned business practices, we hope to continue to deliver high-quality products and customer service while we await resolution to the current health crisis. We will continue to monitor our operations and production closely and make any changes needed to promote the safety or our staff, as this is a dynamic and fluid issue.
